The U.S. delegation also visited the newly excavated Xingjia Tombs to witness the ancient treasures, which are historically as important as the tombs in Xian’s Terra-cotta Soldier Museum. Jingzhou Museum is eager to work with the U.S. Embassy and Consulate General Wuhan to compete for a grant from the 2010 Ambassador’s Fund for Cultural Preservation.
